Bynum ISD is excited to offer the All Smiles Traveling Mobile Dentist Program to our students. The Mobile Clinic will be on our campus January 24,2011 to provide exams, x-rays, cleanings and sealants. The Mobile Clinic will return on February 22, 2011 to provide restorative services for the students who are eligible. Services are free for students on CHIP and Medicaid programs. Services for any child on the free reduced lunch program are free if the family does not have health insurance. Student's siblings under 4 years old on Medicaid or T ANF will be seen free also. Students that have no insurance may receive financial assistance for cleaning, exam and fluoride treatment once a year. Please fill out the form (sample form can be downloaded below) and return to the school by December 16, 2010 if you want your child to receive services.
